Turn energy data into information. Tendril Transport is a ZigBee® IP gateway device for consumers. It can send and receive energy related data including: current price and consumption data from a ZigBee-enabled electricity meter or controlled ZigBee device; regular consumption information for historical cataloging; and commissioning, registration and diagnostics messages.

With Tendril Transport you can:

• Connect your in-home ZigBee wireless network to high speed Internet (Cable, DSL, etc.)
• Enable unprecedented insight into and control over household energy footprint by providing access to graphical web-based information, improving overall energy efficiency
• Operate in conjunction with smart energy programs of your local electricity provider to help conserve power and save you money (where applicable and if enrolled in these programs)
