Gov. champions Boulder company’s SmartGrid technology

BOULDER, Colo. — Colorado Gov. Bill Ritter on Thursday said Boulder-based Tendril Networks Inc., a SmartGrid technology company, is in the “sweet spot” of the state’s new energy economy.
