Tendril Web
Tendril Web provides consumers with views of current consumption, price level, cost per kilowatt hour run-rate and other near real-time meter and consumption data.
The Tendril Web is a browser-based application providing the consumer with broad functionality to better understand, manage and control the energy consumption in their home, as part of Tendril’s EMS. Tendril Web provides a consumer interface to managing the HAN and its devices, providing GUI screens for user and device registration, appliance energy management rules setting, user alerts and notifications, near real-time consumption dashboard, historical and comparison data charts and graphs, energy-related event messages and features, and managed appliance network views. The Tendril Web runs as an application extension to EMS Server over any supported broadband connection.

- User and device registration and setup screens
- Energy management screen provides user ability to set and program custom energy management rules on each device, and set user notification options (email, SMS, pager, etc) for alerts on energy consumption, cost per hour, and other relevant conditions.
- Consumption dashboard screen provides user a view of current consumption, price level, cost per hour run-rate, and other near real-time meter and consumption data from the EMS.
- Detailed energy usage screen provides user an interactive view of current and historical meter and consumption data, temperature data via a series of configurable charts, graphs and gauges. The user will also be able to compare and benchmark their consumption against that of their neighborhood, zip code, and municipality.
- Managed Appliances screen provides user with a HAN-wide view of energy-managed devices, their present power consumption, power profile settings, and other device specific information.
