The Management Center provides administration services to the EMS and integration points to the utility’s back office enterprise information systems. These services include a superset of the Tendril Consumer Portal functionality, HAN life cycle management, access to aggregated consumer energy consumption information and enterprise integration interfaces to extend access and control of the Back-Office Integration Portal into most enterprise environments.

• Simple Load Modeling based on aggregated consumer energy consumption information and price aversion to demand response events and price-tier via energy rule profile
• Simple Fraud Detection based on aggregated consumer energy consumption information and closed loop analysis of predictive and actual energy consumption models
• HAN lifecycle management including commissioning, registration, diagnostics, troubleshooting and control of one or more HANs
• Web Service integration to HAN lifecycle events and application messaging via REST interface
