EnergySavvy Joins Tendril

We are thrilled to announce today that EnergySavvy has become part of Tendril (you can read the full press release here). 

As we take this company into the next chapter, we are excited to build on the amazing strengths of each of our teams as we create something even greater for our clients than we could have achieved alone: the most complete single solution suite for residential utility customer experience.

Below are a few thoughts from both Aaron Goldfeder, EnergySavvy’s co-founder and former CEO, and Adrian Tuck, the CEO of Tendril and our newly combined company, about what this means for our customers.

We at EnergySavvy are extremely grateful for the opportunity to serve utilities for the past 10 years. Put simply, without our clients’ successes there would be no EnergySavvy. The work we have done with all of you to build a better energy future has been a personal privilege.

Coming together with Tendril enables EnergySavvy to take a giant step towards our shared vision of providing utilities a truly utility-focused, end-to-end solution for customer experience engagement. Not only are our products highly complementary—and the combined solution immediately valuable for our clients—but our companies and cultures are a natural fit.

This is probably why the reception from clients so far has been nothing but amazing. Even more importantly, Tendril’s customer-focused service ethic is both impressive and clearly a vital aspect of their culture, just as it has been with EnergySavvy. Together we intend to raise the utility industry bar on delivering client-focused success.

I am looking forward to the magic we will create together, and can see that the best years are still yet to come.
