Introducing Tendril MyHome

Imagine empowering your customers to manage all of their energy use from the palm of their hands. Imagine being able to do so while saving on operating costs, lowering customer service call volumes and improving efficiency.

What would you, as an energy provider, have to do to make this a reality?

Industries like finance and travel have already successfully answered this question. And the answer is—go mobile.

However, investment in mobile technology has proven difficult for energy providers. Offerings have been disjointed, putting bill pay in one place, notifications in another, demand management in yet another, and so on. These disparate offerings, combined with the infrequency in which customers interact with their energy provider, can cause confusion and frustration. Making all services easily accessible helps energy providers improve efficiency, lower call center volume and increase customer satisfaction.

That’s why today we’re excited to launch Tendril MyHome, a mobile-first app that unifies all of energy providers’ functions in one location – without the need to replace existing systems. What this means is that we can integrate bill pay, outage information, push notifications, energy efficiency, demand management and chat functionality on the devices customers use most. Energy providers can personalize their communications to levels never before seen (learn how we achieve this by establishing a unique Energy Identity for each customer) and they can reach the levels of digitization that have brought so much success to other industries.

Tendril MyHome is the future of energy communications. We’re thrilled to bring it to the market and look forward to talking with you more. In the meantime, for more information please check out the following:
